A background with structural detailing is necessary for this role. Decorative Metals experience is a plus!!! It will be your responsibility to plan, coordinate and manage projects including developing and overseeing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and guiding resource allocation to ensure optimal execution. You will conduct regular site inspections, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, and verify that all work is performed to the highest quality standards. Working knowledge in SDS2 or Tekla is preferred. Responsibilities Determine and define project scope and objectives with Management. Calculate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Track project costs to meet budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates to Management about progress and adjustments to schedule and identify areas for improvement. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Qualifications Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines Professional, positive, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to solve problems and be resourceful Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full cycle Excellent analytical skills First-rate interpersonal skills Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Working knowledge of SDS2 Background working with structural detailing Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Relevant professional certification in project or construction management. Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents including project blueprints. Strong leadership and communication skills Accountability for the successful execution of the contractor's project scope of work subject to the contract terms and conditions.
