Job Description

The Office & Project Coordinator plays a key support role within our office by assisting with daily administrative tasks, project coordination, and customer communication. Working under the direction of the Office & Operations Coordinator, this position helps ensure projects stay organized, documentation is accurate, and communication flows smoothly from the office to the field. Primary Responsibilities Support the Office & Operations Coordinator with daily office and project administration. Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, permits, change orders, and project documents. Coordinate appointments, meetings, inspections, and material deliveries. Maintain project files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members regarding schedules and project updates. Monitor project milestones and help keep projects moving through each phase of construction. Assist with ordering office supplies and project materials. Perform general administrative duties to support the office and construction team. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, office, or project coordination role. Working knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, building systems, and the typical sequence of residential construction projects is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Buildertrend, QuickBooks, or other construction software is a plus. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
