The Best Roofing company of its kind in the Detroit market. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.

Position:

Roofing Project Manager - Manage the Entire Process from Sale to

Installation of Roofing Required Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors. Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across roofing installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals. Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery. Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners. Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.

Experience:

5+ years of project management experience with roofing Residential roofing installation experience
