Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. is excited to welcome a new member to their dynamic team! Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc . is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Walker, MI ! As a Senior Project Manager , you will take true ownership of complex, large scale installation projects for major enterprise customers and strategic accounts. From initial planning through field execution, customer sign off, and final closeout, you will lead projects while serving as a key partner to customers, installation teams, subcontractors, and internal departments. This is more than a project tracking role. In addition to managing high impact projects, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, helping shape and strengthen the broader project management function. Job Duties:
Lead complex, large scale installation projects from initial planning through field execution, customer sign off, and final closeout Develop project plans defining scope, schedules, labor requirements, material readiness, logistics, and resource allocation Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to Project Managers while contributing to the overall project management function Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, field installation teams, and internal departments throughout project execution
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred 8+ years of experience leading project managers, field installation teams, subcontractors, and cross functional teams on complex industrial equipment installations Proven experience leading complex projects from planning through completion, including direct customer and field interaction Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and guide project management teams Strong communication, organization, problem solving, and customer relationship skills Willingness and desire to travel extensively internationally and domestically, up to 50% Valid U.S. Passport and driver's license required
