Job Description

Responsible for leading the company's marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and expand market presence both domestically and internationally; develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets in domestic and international markets; creation of marketing materials and visual content- including brochures, digital advertisements, and web graphics-to support campaigns and reinforce brand messaging; collaborate with internal teams (design, product development, customer service) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent visual identity across all channels; analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies and tactics continuously; ensure all marketing visuals and content align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product features, customer benefits, and key differentiators; development of presentations and promotional assets, guiding the visual and messaging strategy to support new product launches and client acquisition; work directly with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback on marketing materials and incorporate input into ongoing strategy adjustments; lead market research efforts to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and improve customer satisfaction; present marketing strategies, visual campaigns, and performance reports to senior management and external stakeholders as part of regular business reviews; manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment; support and promote a customercentric approach by integrating client success stories, feedback, and visual storytelling into marketing initiatives. •This is an individual contributor, with no people or function management responsibilities, only individual projects handling. Domestic and international travel up to 50%.
