Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support a Facilities team in a newly developed hybrid coordination role. This position combines project coordination, business operations, and administrative support while working both independently and collaboratively to improve communication, operational efficiency, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate departmental projects, business planning, and administrative operations. Gather and analyze financial and operational data to identify process improvement opportunities. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and consultants. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams. Maintain department policies, procedures, contractor compliance, and maintenance administration. Prepare and manage expense reports, travel arrangements, on-call calendars, and other administrative logistics. Support lease administration, small project coordination, and other special initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational processes and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience coordinating business operations and projects. Strong project coordination experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Experience supporting facilities organizations and interacting with stakeholders up to C-level executives. Bachelor's degree (preferred). #4002
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
