Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of various construction projects from planning to implementation. 2. Develop and deliver project budgets, timelines, and work plans. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project adherence to budgets and timelines. 4. Handle contract management duties, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. 5. Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. 6. Apply strategic planning to forecast, plan, and coordinate project activities. 7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 8. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 2. Proven working experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager in the Construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. 4. Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and estimation software. 5. Excellent knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and fiscal management. 6. Proven ability to solve problems creatively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 7. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage a team effectively. 8. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. 9. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. 10. Ability to travel as needed.
