Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex, multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion. Our team values strong leadership and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure project delivery is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership across multi-discipline project teams, overseeing all aspects of safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, and compliance from initiation through closeout. Manage project communication, schedules, budgets, risk reviews, and client relations to drive successful and profitable outcomes. Lead project management activities including RFP development, proposal review, subcontracting, and the negotiation and execution of contracts and change orders. Promote adherence to company safety programs, quality assurance/control processes, and effective project controls, ensuring all activities meet organizational standards and client requirements.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program. Minimum 7 years of project management experience specifically related to 765kV projects (internship experience excluded from this count). Demonstrated substantial and meaningful 765kV experience beyond limited tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
