Is looking for a highly organized Project Manager to take ownership of custom projects after the sale and guide them through final delivery. You will turn sold work into a clear, production-ready plan, serve as the customer's main contact and keep Sales, Production and the customer aligned. We have established systems and defined responsibilities. Because every project is custom, this role also requires good judgment, strong follow-through and the ability to handle changes without losing control of the details.What You'll Be Doing:
- Review each sold project and confirm the scope, use case, dimensions, materials, finishes, labor and customer expectations are complete.
- Enter accurate project information and keep records current throughout the job.
- Identify missing, conflicting or assumed details before they create production problems.
- Confirm required files, approvals and down payment are received before work begins.
- Give the Production Director the information needed to build the production schedule.
- Introduce yourself to the customer, confirm the project details and communicate the approved timeline.
- Send approval drawings and follow up until approvals are received.
- Notify the Production Director immediately when approvals or project changes may affect the schedule.
- Communicate revised timelines, change orders and expectations clearly to the customer. What makes you a great fit:
