We seek a pro with a degree and bring 12+ years of project controls experience, specifically working on $100MM+ pipeline projects.

Duluth, Minnesota job type: Contract salary: $52.00 - 62.40 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan and Project Controls Plan, seamlessly integrating cost control and scheduling functions.

Oversee and maintain complex cost, cash flow, and schedule reports, including detailed variance analysis and progress integration for multiyear, $100MM+ projects.

Perform rigorous quality control on all project controls deliverables to ensure accuracy, and coordinate the collection of documentation for Phase Gate Reviews.

Define project controls resource requirements, and provide strategic feedback on newly implemented tools, processes, and systems to functional teams.

Manage the Project Change Management Procedure and collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix structure to ensure compliance and execution alignment.
