Find your purpose as a Senior Project Manager with CentraCare's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), leading high-impact initiatives that are transforming rural healthcare across our communities. This grant-funded role will lead complex, cross-functional Rural Health Transformation projects from planning through implementation, partnering with clinical, operational, IS/T, vendor, and external teams to drive successful outcomes. Projects may include technology and system build components requiring coordination of IS/T resources, integrations, workflows, testing, data, and reporting needs. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who excels at bringing diverse teams together, navigating complexity, and turning strategic priorities into successful, sustainable outcomes.
Schedule:
Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri Days Hybrid of at-home and in-office (St. Cloud Hospital) work This grant funded position will have a duration of 5 years with possible extension or possible permanency at end of term.
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $96,283.20 per year and increases with experience.
Salary range:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, or Project Management discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university or 5 years at a minimum of Project Management experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification among hire within 5 Yrs. Solid knowledge of software development and project management methodologies required. Firm understanding of software architecture, development and QA processes. Knowledge of applications and/or infrastructure processes. Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks, and resolve issues. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint. CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
