This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring project milestones are met, and communicating with personnel. The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring project success, timely delivery, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, defining scope,objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate withindividualstoestablishproject goals and deliverables.Team Management:
Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan and quality standards. Monitor project progress and proactively address any deviations from the plan.Risk Management:
Identifyproject risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address unforeseen challenges and manage project uncertainties.Communication:
Maintain open communicationandprovideregular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Address concerns and ensure alignment with expectations.Quality Assurance:
Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements. Implement quality control processes and inspections.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintainaccurateproject documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project-related records.Customer Interaction:
Serve as the main point of contact forcustomers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing customerexpectations.Project Closure:
Coordinate project closure activities, including final inspections, handovers, and documentation. Execute other duties as assigned.Education Requirements Required :
