Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of solar and energy storage projects from start to finish Communicate consistently with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments Oversee permitting, interconnection, utility requirements, and inspection scheduling Review plans and documents for accuracy and ensure all project steps are completed Coordinate scheduling, materials, and crew assignments Troubleshoot project issues and keep customers informed Maintain accurate project updates and documentation in company software Ensure compliance with AHJs, utilities, NEC standards, and internal processes Qualifications We're looking for the right attitude first. Experience helps, but the two most important qualities are Willingness to learn — no solar experience required; we train the right people Comfortable talking to customers on the phone — clear communication is essential Additional helpful (but not required) qualifications: Prior experience in solar, construction, electrical work, or project management Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects Strong problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn project management software You are eligible for benefits as well as the potential for a pay increase/employment review after 6 months!
