$30 - $39/hour (based on experience and interview) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through final completion. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in restoration or construction, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and schedules Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Monitor job progress, perform quality control checks, and manage crew performance Prepare and maintain project documentation including estimates, change orders, and job costing Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts to maintain timelines and budgets Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and project completion Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and allocate resources effectively Provide regular updates to leadership and support continuous improvement of processes Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in restoration or construction Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish Experience developing and managing budgets, schedules, and scopes of work Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and internal teams Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Ability to maintain quality control and enforce safety standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with estimating software and job costing Experience in handling change orders and project documentation Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO), vacation, and sick leave Opportunity for career growth within restoration and construction management Hands-on project variety with meaningful community impact Work Environment Combination of office-based work and on-site project management Regular travel to restoration sites affected by water, fire, or mold damage Work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed Dynamic schedule based on project needs and timelines Safety-focused environment requiring adherence to PPE and job site protocols This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to take ownership of projects, lead teams, and contribute to high-quality restoration work that directly impacts customers and communities.
