 $0.60 cents per mileJob DescriptionAs a Talent Development (TD) Coordinator, you'll be the powerhouse behind keeping our training and compliance efforts running smoothly across five states, especially in Minnesota. From managing training data to supporting staff questions and coordinating virtual sessions, you'll ensure nothing slips through the cracks. If you love Excel, enjoy organizing the details others miss, and want to directly support hundreds of employees' growth and success, this is your role. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
 Own the data: Heavy Excel usage all daymail merges, pivot tables, tracking, and reporting. Manage the
LMS:
 Update training records in Relias, monitor completions, and run audits for accuracy. Keep communication flowing: Send reminders, manage shared inboxes, and connect with staff and leadership across the region. Coordinate trainings: Schedule sessions and support both virtual and in-person events. Update rosters weekly: Manage and audit multi-state rosters, including intensive MN updates. Assist with onboarding: Enter new hire time punches in Kronos during early training. Cross-team collaboration: Partner with HR, Compliance, and Operations to support training initiatives and compliance. Support special projects: Contribute to projects like storyboarding, documentation updates, and new system rollouts (hello, Workday!). Always improving: Identify process gaps and contribute to solutions that make everything run better. Qualifications
MUST HAVE
 
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. 
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant administrative, coordination, or support-level experience in HR, training, project coordination, or related fields 
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting. 
NICE TO HAVE
 Technical 
Tools & Platforms:
 Workday, UltiPro (Ultimate Software), Relias, and other HRIS, ATS, or LMS platforms. 
Industry Experience:
 Previous experience in human services, healthcare, or working with populations experiencing developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. 
Project Support:
 Exposure to project coordination or experience supporting large-scale organizational initiatives across multiple teams or regions. 
Certifications:
Project management or administrative certifications such as CAPM, PMP, APM, Project+, CAP, or equivalent. Additional Information
