Seeking a senior, self-directed consultant for a 6-month engagement (extension possible) to support workplace services, operations, project oversight, and financial understanding. The role requires a strong blend of service management, stakeholder coordination, and independent execution in a Minneapolis-based, four-days-per-week onsite environment. The consultant will join active initiatives mid-stream and support knowledge transfer at the conclusion of the engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Support enterprise transformation projects from planning through execution Learn and assess existing workplace services, operations, and related business context. Manage one to three services end to end with a PM-plus mindset and full ownership. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, partners, and central functions. Support active projects already in motion by planning, tracking, and driving execution. Build working knowledge of financials and key cost-related areas. Operate independently with minimal direction and strong self-drive. Conduct knowledge transfer at the conclusion of the 6-month engagement.Required Experience:
10+ years of Program/Project Management Demonstrated experience supporting complex business operations, service delivery, or cross-functional initiatives Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution with limited supervision. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly and contribute at a high level.Skills and Competencies:
