Job Description
A busy installation and construction company in New Hope, MN is hiring a Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial projects. This role focuses on customer care, clear communication, and keeping projects moving smoothly from scheduling through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable coordinating with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.

Monday•Friday | 8:00 am•5:00 pm | Flexibility depending on project needsCompensation:

Assist with scheduling service and installation projects for homeowners and contractors Coordinate with technicians on job site readiness, schedules, and questions Review framing, site conditions, and construction details prior to installation Communicate project progress, lead times, discrepancies, and requotes Work within job tracking systems and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation Support internal teams with coordination, sales activities, and proposals Qualifications of theProject Coordinator:
Previous experience in project coordination or construction scheduling Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesAdditional Information:
