Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and installation processes, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring construction management expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional project outcomes. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage installation projects by communicating with customers, internal employees, subcontractors, and vendors. Align purchase orders and contracts with vendors and change orders with customers. Project schedule coordination with customers and install team Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and assist with accounting with final invoice review. Utilize technical skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and other project management software for documentation and communication. Lead project meetings to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and keep all stakeholders informed. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on installation processes. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools Familiarity with construction estimating software AutoCAD, Autodesk, or Procore experience is a plus but not required. Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, contracts, and technical documents accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
