Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Deployment Manager III for a contract position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation:
$54.17 - $56.43 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing retail project deployment activities across multiple locations and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The Deployment Manager serves as a central point of coordination between project teams, vendors, field resources, and business partners to drive projectpletion, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment to project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage deployment activities for assigned projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality expectations
Develop a thorough understanding of project objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and field resources to support successful project execution
Serve as a primary point of contact for deployment-related questions, escalations, and issue resolution
Facilitatemunication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
Monitor project progress using established tools, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards
Track project milestones, deliverables, resource readiness, and deployment status
Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and obstacles while driving resolution
Build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, vendors, project teams, and leadership
Provide regular project status reporting and escalationmunications to leadership teams
Validate deployment readiness andpletion against established project requirements
Review project oues and identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and execution efficiency
Primary Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale deployment, implementation, or operational projects
Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
Ability to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills with the ability tomunicate effectively at all organizational levels
Experience utilizing project management, task tracking, ticketing, or workflow management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managingpeting priorities
Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, status updates, and project oues
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting large-scale technology, operational, or business transformation initiatives
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
Experience utilizing Copilot or similar AI tool to enhance daily activities
Experience working with vendor management and third-party service providers
Background in deployment management, implementation services, operations, or business process improvement
Experience in retail, technology, logistics, or multi-site operational environments
