The company continues to grow and is seeking an organized professional to support project teams in achieving successful project outcomes. Job Description Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Support Project Managers with project administration and reporting. Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Maintain organized project records and documentation. Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Assist with procurement tracking, budgeting support, and project closeout activities.
