full-time Job Summary Rick Shipman Construction is searching for a hard-working, dedicated Project Manager. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and superviseconstruction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a local position in our Dexter, MO office. The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of an assigned project while maintaining successful client relationships and consistent quality. Responsibilities Direct all construction activities and project planning process. Take lead on various meetings. Work with Superintendents and field staff Coordinate project schedules Finish projects in a timely manner Be on or under budget Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site. Develop and maintain successful client relationships Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities. Mentor and provide guidance. Requirements Familiar with construction computer software: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & Wrike, Holobuilder, Pulse or similar software expertise. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Previous Commercial construction experience.
