Job description Project Manager Assistant will work out of our Dexter, MO office. Communicate Aid in transfer of information from upper management to employees / sub‐contractors and vice versa. Attend and participate in meetings on and off site as required. Keep lines of communication open and consistent, ensuring that conversations are always professional and concise. Maintain at all times a positive work environment. Report all hostile, inappropriate, and or disruptive behavior to HR Manager and or Sr. Project Manager. Expectations Manage drawings, spec books, binders, posting, folders etc... on awarded projects. Ensure that all documents, that are required on a project, are delivered, sent, and or acquired by the Superintendent and or Project Managers. Aid in collecting and submittal of any and all close‐out documents required by Owner(s), State and local authorities having jurisdiction as required. Navigate and operate Company Plan Room. Ability to navigate and operate Quickbase and other required web‐based programs. Well Organized with an attention to details. Efficient in Time Management. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures. Report any issues to HR Manager and or the appropriate Senior Project Manager. Time sheets are due at the end of each week. It is your responsibility to fill in your time sheet every day and turn it in to your supervisor. Ensure the form is filled out correctly. Locate and invite sub‐contractors, vendors, suppliers, equipment suppliers and others to bid on awarded projects. Aid in collecting and submittal of any and all close‐out documents required by Owner(s), State and local authorities having jurisdiction as required. Solicit new and existing sub‐contractors to bid on projects (Cold Calling).
