Construction Project Manager 🚧 📍 Houston, TX (In‑Office with Flexibility) Full-Time | Hiring ASAP We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well respected company in Houston, Texas . This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage complex construction and utility projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Provide full construction oversight from preconstruction through closeout Project planning, scheduling, and execution Estimating, cost development, budgeting, and financial tracking 💰 Establish and manage critical path schedules and milestones Contract negotiation and administration Manage subcontracts, change orders, and vendors Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Qualifications 7-15 years of construction project management experience Experience supporting Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects ⚡ Residential or commercial construction experience strongly considered Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controls Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills 50% travel expectation ✈️ Work Environment & Flexibility In‑office position based in Houston, TX 30‑day Work‑From‑Home policy 🏠 Optional 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) Why Join?
