Project Manager / Sales Landscaping & Hardscape Division

Position Overview This role combines project management, client communication, estimating, and sales within our landscaping and hardscape divisions. The ideal candidate can confidently meet with clients, help design and sell projects, coordinate crews/materials, and ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently. You will work directly with leadership, field crews, and clients to help continue growing one of the area's fastest-growing landscaping companies. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships Estimate and sell landscaping and hardscape projects Manage projects from start to completion Coordinate scheduling, materials, and job progress Communicate with crews and leadership regularly Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction Track project profitability and production Maintain professional communication and appearance Assist with project planning and workflow organization Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction management, or related sales/project management Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Experience reading plans and understanding landscape construction Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license required Clean and professional appearance Must be able to pass background requirements and meet all criteria for this position Experience with LMN software is a major plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $60,000/year Up to $10,000 in first-year sales incentives 2 weeks paid vacation 5 paid holidays Growth opportunities within the company Company culture focused on teamwork, leadership, and professional development Why Join No Mow Worries?
