Project Manager for Div 8 Commercial Drs, Frms, and Hardware Independent Door & Gate - 3.0 Pleasant Valley, MO Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $60,000 a year 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Computer operation Filing Attention to detail Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description We are looking for an individual to collaborate with team and customers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project status, work with vendors on supply and project warranty issues. Ability to use industry specific software as needed to perform job. Individual will assist with estimating by preparing pricing for minor change orders, work with shipping and field techs to meet project requirements, prepare close out documents, and assist other team members as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, strong time management skills, and maintain a valid driver's license. MVR required. Individual will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Some level of construction knowledge and local codes would be helpful. Responsibilities Analyze project documents, such as blueprints and specifications. Project Planning and Scheduling. Utilize industry software. Collaborate with construction parties and negotiate with vendors. Monitor projects, assist with project estimator, and price minor change orders as needed. Maintain project files and prepare close out documents. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate project. Qualifications Previous experience in project management preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of construction documents, material, and local building codes a plus. Ability to learn to read blueprints and technical drawings. Organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects.
