We are hiring a dependable, organized Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to help keep installation projects moving from kickoff to completion. This role is ideal for someone who likes owning details, solving problems, coordinating people, and keeping customers informed. This is not a call center role. You will be part of a team helping deliver real projects in the field. What You'll Do Coordinate installation schedules with clients, subcontractors, and field technicians Order, track, and help stage equipment Communicate with customers by phone and email throughout the project Help keep timelines, materials, and stakeholders aligned Support billing, invoice processing, and project closeout Help solve scheduling, communication, or material issues before they become bigger problems What We're Looking For Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-through Able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently once trained Quick to learn software and internal systems Preferred Experience 1+ years in project coordination, project management, dispatch, customer service, or a similar role Experience in construction, low-voltage, security, or the trades is a plus Benefits Health insurance PTO 401(k) with company match Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Physical Requirements May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs To be considered, please apply and complete our brief Compatibility Survey here: If you take ownership, communicate well, and want to grow with a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
