This role is ideal for a hands-on restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of operational excellence, and is available to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Position Summary The Evening / Night Assistant Manager is responsible for helping oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, with a strong focus on food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, team performance, labor control, and guest satisfaction. This position requires a leader who can set the tone, maintain accountability, support team development, and ensure Wing Studio standards are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members during evening, night, and weekend shifts Ensure all food is prepared accurately, safely, and according to Wing Studio standards Maintain strong order accuracy and ensure every order is complete before leaving the restaurant Monitor shift flow, speed of service, ticket times, and overall execution Support labor control by keeping team members productive and properly positioned Help control food cost by monitoring portioning, waste, remakes, and product usage Train, coach, and develop team members on proper procedures and expectations Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe work environment Ensure all opening, shift-change, and closing procedures are completed properly Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally Communicate clearly with ownership, leadership, and team members Assist with inventory, prep planning, stocking, and operational readiness Enforce company policies, food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and workplace expectations Lead by example and step into any station as needed, including fry, sauce, bagging, front counter, cleaning, and guest support Qualifications Restaurant experience required Previous restaurant management, assistant manager, or shift lead experience preferred Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends Friday and Saturday availability required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to coach and hold team members accountable professionally Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, food quality, and order accuracy Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be willing to work hands-on in daily restaurant operations Schedule Requirements This position is primarily scheduled for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
