  • This role is onsite in Kansas City The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers. What You'll Do
  • Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
  • Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
  • Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
  • Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
  • Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
    Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
  • Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
