- This role is onsite in Kansas City The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers. What You'll Do
- Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
Who You Are - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
