Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate a field service project. This role is primarily focused on keeping the project organized and ensuring technicians and customers stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate technician schedules and daily activities Manage shipments of project materials and equipment Contact customer sites to verify assets are available before scheduled work Track project progress and maintain accurate records Update and manage information in Salesforce Use Excel to track schedules, shipments, and project status Communicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects moving

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills Experience using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping projects on track.
