115 We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility . This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a major capital expansion project valued in excess of $100 million .

Shift:
45 hours per week, 1st Shift Long-Term Project Through June 2028 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through commissioning. Manage capital project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Direct large-scale facility construction and expansion projects within regulated environments. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs. Serve as the primary liaison with architects, EPC firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and key stakeholders. Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and risk management strategies. Drive executive-level decision making through effective communication and project leadership. Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project quality expectations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. Proven experience leading large capital projects, including new facility construction or major building expansions. Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, or life sciences industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing capital projects exceeding $100 million. Strong understanding of the capital project lifecycle and Front-End Loading (FEL) process. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage direct and indirect cross-functional teams. Experience working with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
