We focus on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a smooth client experience from concept to completion. Position Overview We are seeking a Residential Designer to join our team. This is a design-focused role with some project coordination responsibilities. You will lead the design process for remodeling projects while supporting project execution to ensure designs are carried out accurately in the field. Key Responsibilities Design residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full home renovations Create detailed layouts and plans using 2020 Design (kitchen design software) Meet with clients to develop design concepts, layouts, and material selections Prepare design presentations, drawings, and specifications Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to bring designs to life Assist with project coordination to ensure designs are executed properly Conduct occasional site visits to verify progress and maintain design integrity Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design and build process Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential design experience Strong proficiency in 2020 Design (kitchen design software) required Solid understanding of residential construction and remodeling practices Strong eye for design, layout, and material selection Excellent communication and client-facing skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Growth opportunities within a growing company Why Join LVR Construction?
