Project Manager Salary:

Project Manager:
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate utility locates and site readiness
- Track project financials, expenses, and risk exposure Qualifications for the
Project Manager:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Heavy highway / civil construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project financials
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites across
Missouri Preferred Tools & Technology Experience:
- Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)
- Experience reviewing plans using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or comparable tools
- Exposure to project scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
