We are an established, growing, and successful commercial fence contractor serving multiple states and recognized as an industry leader in our region. RFC recently opened a brand-new location in Southwest Springfield featuring a state-of-the-art 27,000 sq. ft. facility. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and hiring an additional Project Manager. Position Overview Robinson Fence Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial fencing projects from start to finish. Projects range from medium-sized installations to large-scale commercial developments. This position works closely with general contractors, government agencies, and municipalities and plays a key role in representing our company throughout every phase of a project. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is ready to build a long-term career with a growing company. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial fence projects simultaneously Coordinate with general contractors, municipalities, and project stakeholders Oversee scheduling, project timelines, and job progress Maintain strong communication with customers and field teams Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Represent Robinson Fence Company professionally from project start to completion Qualifications Construction experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Leadership and problem-solving abilities Commercial construction experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Full-time position
