The company provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into Project Management roles. Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, you will: Support Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle. Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination. Help manage procurement and project documentation. Track project costs and change orders. Review submittals and maintain logs. Participate in quality control and field reviews. Attend project meetings and support closeout activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Ability to work within structured processes. Desire to grow into a Project Management role. What's on Offer $50,000 - $90,000 base salary. Medical and dental benefits. 401(k) plan.
