Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy in pricing and cost control measures

Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies that align with client requirements and company standards Support the review and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining compliance with project specifications Conduct site visits to gather data, assess progress, and verify quantities for accurate cost tracking and reporting Assist in the preparation of bid proposals by compiling scope of work, pricing, and supporting documentation Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to identify potential overruns early and implement corrective actions Maintain organized records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports Experience Proven experience in construction estimating or project coordination within the construction industry is preferred Familiarity with construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools is highly desirable Strong understanding of construction processes, site activities, and safety protocols gained through hands-on site experience or related roles Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of contract administration, project management principles, and cost control techniques is essential Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional construction projects.
