Job Description

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer specializing in the packaging, manufacturing, and testing of power-system equipment to identify an experienced Project Manager. This organization offers strong career growth opportunities, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to oversee complex projects that support critical power infrastructure. Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing customer orders from initial sale through final delivery. This position serves as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Production, and customers, ensuring projects are executed accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage projects from order entry through completion while maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, and cost Review new projects to identify and resolve discrepancies related to estimates, timelines, or project scope Validate technical requirements against quotations, drawings, and customer specifications Coordinate with engineering teams to address design and technical questions Purchase materials and components based on General Arrangement drawings Manage project-related inventory and indirect purchasing activities Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and production readiness Maintain project documentation and records across required systems Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met and issues are resolved promptly Perform month-end invoicing and support general ledger reconciliation activities Provide backup support for payroll approvals Support

documentation requirements and audit readiness Participate in safety initiatives and maintain adherence to safe work practices Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management, purchasing, or a related field Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charting functions Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to travel for customer, vendor, and internal meetings as required Preferred Qualifications Experience working within power systems, electrical equipment, or industrial manufacturing environments Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes Experience supporting
