Position Summary
is seeking a motivated and technology-driven professional to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our project management and project controls software platforms. This role will also support data management, analytics, dashboard development, and reporting initiatives across the organization.
This position offers a unique career path for individuals interested in technology, business analytics, and project controls. As experience is gained, responsibilities will expand into cost control, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and project controls leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation and administration of project management software.
Maintain data integrity and reporting standards across company systems.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and Point.
Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Assist with training, user support, and process improvement initiatives.
Support digital transformation and business intelligence efforts across the organization.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred:
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Excel, Point, SQL, or similar tools.
Internship or work experience involving software implementation, reporting, analytics, or system administration.
Exposure to construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
