The Role This is a dual-purpose position that sits at the heart of how Iron Oak operates. On the client side, you're the face of our company — the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the build process, keeping them informed, confident, and excited about their new home. On the operations side, you're supporting our Director of Business Operations with day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks that keep the business running. These are two distinct jobs that we're combining into one role — and the right person will be genuinely good at both. What You'll Do Client & Project Coordination Serve as the primary client liaison from contract through closing — you're the voice clients hear and the face they trust Keep clients updated on build progress, milestones, and any changes with proactive, clear communication Coordinate between clients, our internal team, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving Manage and maintain project information in BuilderTrend (our construction management software — we'll train you) Track open items, punch lists, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks Office & Operations Support Support accounts payable, invoice coding, and vendor payments under the direction of our Director of Business Operations Assist with permitting coordination, warranty intake, and subcontractor communication Maintain organized project files, records, and documentation Help build and improve the internal processes and SOPs that keep our office running smoothly Who You Are People person, genuinely.
