As a Mitigation Project Manager , you'll be the driving force behind our field operations, leading restoration projects from chaos to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact project success, customer satisfaction, and team performance. What You'll Do As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will lead restoration efforts for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, smoke, and storm damage: Own the job from start to finish —manage field production, timelines, and quality Inspect and monitor drying, demolition, and restoration activities Lead and supervise technicians , ensuring safety, performance, and accountability Communicate directly with customers— explaining processes, setting expectations, and guiding them through recovery Document projects thoroughly with photos, notes, and reports to ensure insurance compliance Collaborate with estimators, adjusters, and internal teams to support accurate scoping and billing Maintain job records, track resources, and ensure all billable events are captured Perform quality assurance inspections and secure customer approvals Train and mentor team members to elevate performance and consistency What Makes you a Great Fit 3-5+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction project management Strong understanding of property damage (water, fire, smoke, storm) and building materials IICRC certification (preferred) Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software (a plus) Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service skills , especially in high-stress situations Strong attention to detail in documentation and compliance Tech-savvy—comfortable using tablets/mobile devices for job tracking Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What You'll Need to Succeed Ability to work independently and as a team leader Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Physical capability to: Lift/move up to 70 lbs regularly Stand, walk, crawl, and crouch for extended periods Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments , including non-climate-controlled conditions Must be able to wear a respirator when required for safety compliance Why Join Us?
