As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will: Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules. Manage project costs, budgets, change orders, and overall profitability. Collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, property owners, consultants, and general contractors. Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, and project progress. Review project specifications, contracts, plans, and scopes of work. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, manufacturer specifications, and building codes. Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, billing, and closeout packages. Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget. Qualifications Required A minimum of 2 years of Commercial roofing project management experience. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including:
TPO PVC EPDM
Modified Bitumen Metal Roofing Roof Coating Systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license. Preferred Experience working with General Contractors and negotiated contract projects.
