Project Manager

S&K Mission Management LLC, a subsidiary of the S&K Technologies, Inc. family of companies, is seeking a dedicated individual with construction project management experience who is ready to make a tangible difference for our current and future generations. This role works on small and large projects supporting construction, land improvement, site or building upgrades and more. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute on assigned projects that align with the tribe's strategic goals and culture values. In this fast-paced role, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure you have a strong grasp of the project's vision. You will then engage with and manage vendors in a positive and productive way to ensure all project work is performed with excellence, on time, and within the project's budget. S&K Mission Management is seeking a self-motivated team player who brings experience in managing construction projects, administrative and organizational excellence, strong communication skills, and has a drive to see a project through to successful completion. You will work with a team of talented professionals who take pride in their work and understand the long-term value of their investment of time and talent. We are open to hiring an entry level Project Manager or one who is highly experienced with a PMP certification. Our new team members receive on-the-job training and mentorship for this role in addition to time and allowance for certification attainment. On the job training will include learning the S&K process to direct, maintain, and control all project related functions at the operational level and will adhere to the approved budget of each assigned project to meet the company s business plans and objectives. We strongly prefer native tribal members or tribal descendants for this position. Pay for this position is dependent upon experience and the position could be filled at a level I or level II status.
