Are you a project manager with a proven track record of leading teams? We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, and experienced professional to join us as a Project Coordinator . In this role, you will work closely with the National Operations Team to oversee projects, operations, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of projects from start to finish Oversee fulfillment and manage fabrication/assembly processes Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships Deliver exceptional customer service Track inventory and schedule deliveries Prepare reports and ensure quality control
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations and/or project management Ability to manage and participate in fabrication, delivery, and installation Willingness to lead projects in the field and collaborate with customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and clear direction
Requirements:
Above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work with and lead a diverse team 3-5 years of experience managing or directing employees Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating schedules and managing inventory Experience in construction or a related field is preferred Knowledge of signage assembly and the sign industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$60,000
Bonus:
$1,500

Schedule:
