Serve as the customer's advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to peer contacts in the operations and escalating issues as required to management. Manage daily phone and email activity, providing directions, solutions and updates, including back-up support as necessary for teammates. Demonstrate proficiency in providing proactive support on complex orders which may include those assigned to Field Project Managers. Take active role in developing, mentoring, and monitoring On-the-Job-Training for less experienced Project Coordinators. Meet expectations per EatonCare Service Level Agreement. Perform all other duties as required by Regional Management.

Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication). Strong computer skills including proficiency in typing. Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution and managing priorities. Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing high volume of transactions (orders, emails and phone calls). The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
