COMPANY OVERVIEW
Atlantic Caseworks is an award winning, AWI-certified, regional manufacturer of custom commercial cabinets and architectural millwork. With over 80,000 square feet between Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC manufacturing facilities, we create, build, and install custom casework and architectural millwork products that satisfy a diverse range of commercial customers and markets that include corporate offices, retail spaces, restaurants, medical facilities, hospitality establishments, churches, schools and universities.
PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a Triangle Project Manager to manage a portfolio of projects, each in different stages of development or completion, through a series of pipeline processes that include approvals, engineering, production, and installation while maintaining schedules and budgets, and utilizing effective communication between company, architects/designers, and contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Scheduling Manage process activities for multiple large and small projects Oversee project sample submittal process and ensure accuracy of scope and specifications Measure, confirm, and coordinate field dimensions with engineers Maintain communication with general contractor, project managers, and superintendents Establish and communicate project scope and requirements to engineering, purchasing, & production Maintain project pipeline status within enterprise software Project Execution Coordinate project schedule requirements with production and installation resources Plan delivery and installation activities with company and contract installers Responsible for meeting quality requirements, project deadlines, and project budgets Proactively identify quality, delivery, or cost problems and develop and implement solutions Identify and implement process improvements for project management activities Provide close-out documents at the completion of each project
QUALIFICATIONS
Industry/Technical knowledge of commercial cabinets and architectural millwork is preferred including AWI standards Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong negotiating skills and emotional resilience Superior written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to help create structure and processes in a growing company Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet objectives and deadlines, set priorities, identify and solve problems Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment Strong computer skills; MS Office Compensation package will be based on level of relevant experience. Additional benefits include Profit Sharing program.
