Description
This role is a project coordination position focused on managing medical technology service upgrade projects from scheduling throughpletion. The coordinator will work with internal teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure upgrades arepleted on time and in accordance with contractual and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service upgrades based on contractualmitments, revenue projections, and assigned due dates.
Track project milestones and proactively identify actions needed to maintain schedules and ensure timelypletion.
Coordinate customer readiness activities, including scheduling, room availability, and other requirements necessary to perform upgrades.
Manage multiple upgrade projects/revisions simultaneously while maintaining accurate status and priorities.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and critical-path activities and take appropriate action to resolve schedule issues.
Research, document, and present project status, progress, findings, and outstanding actions through regular reporting.
Monitor project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensuremitments arepleted.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries received through the project/update management mailbox.
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including business lines, business areas, external customers, regional support teams, customer care, education services, finance, marketing, customer administration, quality, process engineering, and regulatory teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure activities align with applicable business processes and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentbination of education and professional experience.
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
Ability to independently handle moderatelyplex toplex issues and determine appropriate courses of action.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Ability to identify project dependencies and critical-path activities and take proactive steps to keep projects on schedule.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise business systems.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a technical service environment.
Experience coordinating customer-facing projects or service upgrades.
Familiarity with contractualmitments, revenue-driven scheduling, and milestone-based project management.
