Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or recent college graduate to support our supply chain and operations department and complete assigned projects and tasks within the operations team this fall and winter, 5 days a week at our Cary, NC location between October - May.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Participate in on-the-job training and learn from experienced managers in various departments Complete assigned tasks and projects given on a week-to-week basis Collaborate with different team members and departments to complete goals and projects Compile and analyze data to put together presentations for upper management Support the teams in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties Adhere to deadlines and manage time effectively to complete projects on schedule Continuously learn new skills and knowledge related to the company industry (CPG/Manufacturing) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or a recent college graduate in a related field Experience using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work in our Cary, NC office 5 days a week October - May, (full time hours).
