Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Note:
During plant outages, candidates must be available to work 10-12-hour shifts.
Project:
Nuclear We are seeking an experienced Outage Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee scheduled maintenance outages in a nuclear manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on production. Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance outage planning and execution across multiple departments. Develop and maintain outage schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. Coordinate internal maintenance teams and third-party contractors. Track work orders and maintenance activities using CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Oracle. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available before outages begin. Monitor outage progress and provide updates using Excel reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, including LOTO and other site safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. Experience in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industrial environment. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP PM/Oracle CMMS, and Microsoft Excel. Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must be able to pass required Fitness for Duty (FFD), background, and drug screening.
Pay:
$38.00 - $41.00 per hour
