Ready to take ownership of projects and be part of a company that's growing? Rainstorm Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Project Manager to help oversee our stormwater, drainage, erosion control, pond maintenance, and site-work projects. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, understands construction operations, communicates well with customers and crews, and can take a project from initial planning through successful completion. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a schedule—we need someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and makes sure the job gets done safely, efficiently, and correctly. What You'll Be Doing Manage stormwater, drainage, erosion control, pond maintenance, grading, excavation, and site-work projects from start to finish Coordinate project schedules, crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Conduct site visits and evaluate project conditions Review project scopes, estimates, plans, specifications, and contracts Coordinate with customers, property managers, HOAs, contractors, municipalities, and other project stakeholders Ensure crews understand project scope and expectations before work begins Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and job costs Identify potential project issues and develop practical solutions Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, notes, and change orders Communicate project updates internally and with customers Ensure work is completed according to company standards, project specifications, and applicable requirements Assist with estimating, scheduling, and project planning as needed Conduct project closeouts and verify customer satisfaction Promote and maintain a safe, professional work environment What We're Looking For
