This role requires proficiency in project portfolio management, scheduling, and data analysis, ensuring that all project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. Duties Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Utilize guidelines to implement best practices in project management. Monitor project progress and performance using data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement. Supervise team members and coordinate tasks to ensure effective collaboration. Manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications. Employ methodologies to enhance process efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize tools for agile project management and tracking. Qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in project portfolio management and scheduling techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong meeting facilitation skills to engage stakeholders effectively. Experience supervising teams or leading cross-functional groups is preferred. Solid contract management knowledge is an asset. Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
