Job Description
Job Overview A Project Manager schedules projects with clients and any third-party services providers, handles detailed documentation, gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members and clients. They are responsible for ensuring the projects are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget. Responsibilities and Duties Scheduling and managing routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.) Creating and updating projects within NetSuite Acting as the point of contact for both internal external project participants Coordinating resources on various projects Tracking expenses and predicting future costs Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams Ordering materials & tracking resources (e.g., inventory and rental equipment) Requirements 10 years prior experience deploying low voltage infrastructure as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role. Experience in retail, QSR or hospitality verticals Experience with NetSuite a plus Experience creating technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Strong verbal as well as written communication skills Strong use of MS Office products and other various software Travel up to 25% This position is located in our Conover, NC office.
